Optimal pregnancy protocol
Now until end of first trimester
1. OmegaDerm: 1 capsule after supper (Or Fish Oil 2 capsules after supper)
2. Vitamin D3: 1 tablet after supper
3. Magnesium glycinate: 1 capsule after supper
4. Calcium glycinate: 2 capsules after lunch
5. 3-Per-Day: 1 capsule after breakfast
6. Folic acid: half a tablet after breakfast
(ginger tea – [made with fresh ginger] once daily if morning sickness occurs – morning sickness is common during 1st trimester – ginger helps prevent morning sickness).
Beginning of second trimester onwards:
1. OmegaDerm: 1 capsule after supper (Or Fish Oil 2 capsules after supper)
2. Vitamin D3: 1 tablet after supper
3. Magnesium glycinate: 2 capsules after supper
4. Calcium glycinate: 2 capsules after breakfast and another 2 after lunch
5. 3-Per-Day: 1 capsule after breakfast
6. Folic acid: half a tablet after breakfast
7. Iron plus: 1 capsule after supper
Beginning of third trimester onwards:
1. OmegaDerm: 2 capsules after supper (Or Fish Oil 4 capsules after supper)
2. Vitamin D3: 1 tablet after supper
3. Magnesium glycinate: 2 capsules after supper
4. Calcium glycinate: 2 capsules after breakfast and another 3 after lunch
5. 3-Per-Day: 1 capsule after breakfast
6. Folic acid: half a tablet after breakfast
7. Iron plus: 2 capsules after supper
Whilst breast-feeding:
1. OmegaDerm: 2 capsules after supper
2. Vitamin D3: 2 tablets after supper
3. Magnesium glycinate: 2 capsules after supper
4. Calcium glycinate: 2 capsules after breakfast and another 2 after lunch
5. 3-Per-Day: 1 capsule after breakfast
6. Iron plus: 1 capsule after supper
7. Enzyme Prebiotic/Probiotic: 2 capsules after breakfast and 2 after supper
Always take the above with or shortly after meals, not on an empty stomach
