Optimal pregnancy protocol

FIRST TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY (MONTHS 1-3):

 

•          3-Per-Day: 1 capsule after breakfast (and 1 capsule after lunch)

•          Bio-CalMag: 2 tablets twice daily

•          Fish Oil Extract Omega 3: 2 capsules after supper

•          Vitamin D3 (500IU): 1-2 tablets after supper

 

(ginger tea – [made with fresh ginger] once daily if morning sickness occurs – morning sickness is common during 1st trimester – ginger helps prevent morning sickness). Alternatively use SOLAL Anti-Nausea Formula – 1 capsule daily.

SECOND TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY (MONTHS 4-6):

 

•          3-Per-Day: 1 capsule after breakfast (and 1 capsule after lunch)

•          Bio-CalMag: 2 tablets twice daily

•          Fish Oil Extract Omega 3: 2 capsules after supper

•          Vitamin D3 (500IU): 1-2 tablets after supper

•          Iron Plus Formula: 1 capsule after supper.

 

THIRD TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY (MONTHS 7-9):

 

•          3-Per-Day: 1 capsule after breakfast (and 1 capsule after lunch)

•          Bio-CalMag: 2 tablets twice daily

•          Fish Oil Extract Omega 3: 2 capsules after supper

•          Vitamin D3 (500IU): 1-2 tablets after supper

•          Iron Plus Formula: 1-2 capsules after supper

 

For breastfeeding support, I suggest as follows:

 

  • 3-Per-Day: 1 capsule after breakfast and 1 after lunch
  • Bio-CalMag: 2 tablets twice daily
  • Fish Oil Extract Omega 3: 2-3 capsules after supper
  • Vitamin D3: 2 tablets after supper
  • Iron Plus Formula: 1 capsule after supper
  • Probiotic Maximum Potency: 2 capsules before breakfast and 2 before supper

 

Always take the above with or shortly after meals, not on an empty stomach
